  • Standard Turnaround Time For Printing/Production is 7 to 10 Business Days. Holidays & Weekends are NOT Included. 

  • Once You Receive a Shipping Notification Via Email, We are NOT Responsible for Shipping Delays. At That Point, The Order is Out of Our Hands. 

  • All Packages are shipped At Ground Shipping Speed. Orders Can Be Rushed For a Fee. 

  • Rush Fees Are Based On The Order & Date Needed By. 

  • Turnaround Time For a Design Proof is 24 to 48 Business Hours. Holidays & Weekends Are NOT Included. 

  • Only 3 Edits Are Allowed Before a $15 Editing Fee Per Edit is Assessed. 

  • Once We Finalize a Logo (you agree with the final design), We Do Not Go Back to Make Changes. If Changes Are Needed After, Editing Fees Mentioned Above Will Be Assessed. 

  • Invoices Are To Be Paid Within 5 Business Days Or It Will Be Canceled. 

  • Automatic Reminders Are Sent 3 Times Via Email. 

  • When Ordering Promotional Products, Turnaround Time is Based On The Supplier. 

  • We Are Not Responsible For The Turnaround Time & Processing Time on Those Items. 

  • All Product Descriptions Have Their Own Production & Shipping Times. (Please read the descriptions Below Each Item Before Ordering) 

  • No Refunds or Returns. 

  • We Will Only Provide Refunds And/Or Give Discounts If We Are at Fault. (Something being Wrong/Incomplete/Missing)
